MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> 24\/4\/2013 tarihli ve 28627 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan Finansal Kiralama, Faktoring ve Finansman \u015eirketlerinin Kurulu\u015f ve Faaliyet Esaslar\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 11\/A maddesinin ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201c(2) Konut edinmeleri ve konut tadilat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda konutun 22\/11\/2001 tarihli ve 4721 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Medeni Kanununun 684 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinde d\u00fczenlenen b\u00fct\u00fcnleyici par\u00e7as\u0131 niteli\u011fini haiz olacak \u015fekilde mal veya hizmet al\u0131m\u0131 amac\u0131yla t\u00fcketicilere kulland\u0131r\u0131lan krediler, konutlar\u0131n finansal kiralama yoluyla t\u00fcketicilere kiralanmas\u0131, di\u011fer gayrimenkul al\u0131m\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131 krediler ve e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011frenim \u00fccretinin finansman\u0131 amac\u0131yla kulland\u0131r\u0131lacak krediler ile bu kredilerin yeniden finansman\u0131 amac\u0131yla kulland\u0131r\u0131lan krediler hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, t\u00fcketici kredilerinin vadesi k\u0131rk sekiz ay\u0131 a\u015famaz.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/strong> Ayn\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ge\u00e7ici madde eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201cGE\u00c7\u0130C\u0130 MADDE 3 \u2013 <\/strong>(1) Bu maddenin yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinden \u00f6nce kulland\u0131r\u0131lan ihtiya\u00e7 kredilerinin bor\u00e7 bakiyeleri, bor\u00e7lu taraf\u0131ndan talep edilmesi durumunda en fazla yetmi\u015f iki ay ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131labilir. Yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda bor\u00e7luya ilave kredi kulland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde ilave kulland\u0131r\u0131lan kredinin vadesi k\u0131rk sekiz ay\u0131 a\u015famaz.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 3 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Y\u00f6netmelik yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/p>\n
