MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> 10\/3\/2007 tarihli ve 26458 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan Banka Kartlar\u0131 ve Kredi Kartlar\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 26 nc\u0131 maddesinin yedinci ve sekizinci f\u0131kras\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201c(7) Mal veya hizmet al\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131 belli bir \u00fccret kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 borcun taksitlendirilmesi veya \u00f6demenin ertelendi\u011fi d\u00f6nemler de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere, kredi kartlar\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek mal ve hizmet al\u0131mlar\u0131 ile nakit \u00e7ekimlerinde taksitlendirme s\u00fcresi on iki ay\u0131 ge\u00e7emez. Bu s\u00fcre; kuyumla ilgili harcamalarda d\u00f6rt ay, elektronik e\u015fya ve bilgisayar al\u0131mlar\u0131nda alt\u0131 ay, havayollar\u0131, seyahat acenteleri, ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k, konaklama, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve sosyal hizmetler ile ilgili harcamalarda, sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc al\u0131mlar\u0131nda, kul\u00fcp ve derneklere yap\u0131lan \u00f6demelerde ve vergi \u00f6demelerinde dokuz ay olarak uygulan\u0131r. Kredi kartlar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek telekom\u00fcnikasyon, do\u011frudan pazarlama ile ilgili harcamalar, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan harcamalar ve yemek, g\u0131da, alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7ecek, akaryak\u0131t, kozmetik, ofis malzemesi ile hediye kart, hediye \u00e7eki ve benzeri \u015fekillerde herhangi somut bir mal veya hizmeti i\u00e7ermeyen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin al\u0131mlar\u0131nda taksit uygulanamaz.<\/p>\n

(8) Kurumsal kredi kartlar\u0131 ile, mal veya hizmet al\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131 belli bir \u00fccret kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 borcun taksitlendirilmesi veya \u00f6demenin ertelendi\u011fi d\u00f6nemler de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek mal ve hizmet al\u0131mlar\u0131 ile nakit \u00e7ekimlerinde taksitlendirme s\u00fcresi on iki ay\u0131 ge\u00e7emez.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/strong> Ayn\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ge\u00e7ici madde eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201cGE\u00c7\u0130C\u0130 MADDE 2 \u2013 <\/strong>(1) Bu maddenin yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihi itibar\u0131yla kredi kartlar\u0131n\u0131n mevcut bor\u00e7 bakiyeleri kart hamilleri taraf\u0131ndan talep edilmesi durumunda en fazla yetmi\u015f iki ay ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere taksitlendirilebilir. Her aya d\u00fc\u015fen taksit tutar\u0131 ilgili ay\u0131n asgari \u00f6deme tutar\u0131na eklenir.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 3 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Y\u00f6netmelik yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/p>\n

MADDE 4 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Y\u00f6netmelik h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini Bankac\u0131l\u0131k D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr.<\/p>\n
