\nBilindi\u011fi \u00fczere, 6661 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunla 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 Kanununa eklenen ge\u00e7ici 68 inci maddede, haklar\u0131nda uzun vadeli sigorta kolu h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uygulanan sigortal\u0131lardan dolay\u0131 i\u015fverenlerimize 2016\/Ocak ila 2016\/Aral\u0131k aylar\u0131na m\u00fcnhas\u0131r olmak \u00fczere Hazine deste\u011fi verilmesine imkan sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
\nBu Kanunda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen asgari \u00fccret deste\u011finden yararlanmak i\u00e7in i\u015fverenlerden ba\u015fvuru \u015fart\u0131 aranmayacak olup, usul ve esas\u0131 genelgede a\u00e7\u0131klanacak olan \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan i\u015fverenlerimiz, Kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinden herhangi bir i\u015flem yapmaks\u0131z\u0131n yararlanacaklard\u0131r.
\nAn\u0131lan madde uyar\u0131nca verilecek destek tutar\u0131 takip eden ayda tahakkuk edecek prim bor\u00e7lar\u0131na mahsup edilece\u011finden, 2016\/Ocak ay\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan sigortal\u0131lardan dolay\u0131 verilecek olan Hazine deste\u011fi de 2016\/\u015eubat ay\u0131na ili\u015fkin prim bor\u00e7lar\u0131ndan mahsup edilecektir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla mahsupla\u015fma i\u015flemi 2016\/Mart ay\u0131nda yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
\nKonuyla ilgili uygulaman\u0131n usul ve esaslar\u0131 haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f olup, Kanunda belirtilen ilgili kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine sunulmu\u015ftur. \u0130lgili kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra genelge yay\u0131nlanacak olmakla birlikte, an\u0131lan madde uyar\u0131nca 2016\/Ocak ay\u0131na ait ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgelerinin verilmesi ve muhteviyat\u0131 primlerin \u00f6denme \u015feklinde herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmayaca\u011f\u0131ndan, 2016\/Ocak ay\u0131na ili\u015fkin ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgelerinin verilmesi ve muhteviyat\u0131 primlerin \u00f6denmesi ile ilgili i\u015flemler mevcut uygulamalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecektir.
