MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> 10\/3\/2007 tarihli ve 26458 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan Banka Kartlar\u0131 ve Kredi Kartlar\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 26 nc\u0131 maddesinin yedinci ve sekizinci f\u0131kralar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201c(7) Mal veya hizmet al\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131 belli bir \u00fccret kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 borcun taksitlendirilmesi veya \u00f6demenin ertelendi\u011fi d\u00f6nemler de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere, kredi kartlar\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek mal ve hizmet al\u0131mlar\u0131 ile nakit \u00e7ekimlerinde taksitlendirme s\u00fcresi dokuz ay\u0131 ge\u00e7emez. Kuyumla ilgili harcamalarda bu s\u00fcre d\u00f6rt ay, beyaz e\u015fya ve mobilya ile e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011frenim \u00fccretine ili\u015fkin harcamalarda ise bu s\u00fcre on iki ay olarak uygulan\u0131r. Kredi kartlar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek telekom\u00fcnikasyonla ilgili harcamalarda ve yemek, g\u0131da, akaryak\u0131t ile hediye kart, hediye \u00e7eki ve benzeri \u015fekillerde herhangi somut bir mal veya hizmeti i\u00e7ermeyen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin al\u0131mlar\u0131nda taksit uygulanamaz.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c(8) Kurumsal kredi kartlar\u0131 ile, mal veya hizmet al\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131 belli bir \u00fccret kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 borcun taksitlendirilmesi veya \u00f6demenin ertelendi\u011fi d\u00f6nemler de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek mal ve hizmet al\u0131mlar\u0131 ile nakit \u00e7ekimlerinde taksitlendirme s\u00fcresi dokuz ay\u0131 ge\u00e7emez. Bu s\u00fcre, beyaz e\u015fya ve mobilya ile e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011frenim \u00fccretine ili\u015fkin harcamalarda on iki ay olarak uygulan\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Y\u00f6netmelik yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/p>\n
