\nBu ama\u00e7la www.sgk.gov.tr adresinden \u201ce-SGK\u201d – \u201cDi\u011fer Uygulamalar\u201d se\u00e7ene\u011fi i\u015faretlenmek suretiyle eri\u015filen \u201c4-A \u0130\u015fveren Yap\u0131land\u0131rma Ba\u015fvuru Giri\u015f\/\u00d6deme Plan\u0131 G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme\u201d ekran\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla e-Sigorta kullan\u0131c\u0131 kodu ve \u015fifresi girilmek suretiyle ge\u00e7ici 60 \u0131nc\u0131 madde kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131land\u0131rma ba\u015fvurusunda bulunulmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn bulunmaktad\u0131r.
\nDi\u011fer taraftan, yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n e-Sigorta kanal\u0131yla g\u00f6nderilmesinin ard\u0131ndan ilgili sosyal g\u00fcvenlik merkezince yap\u0131land\u0131rma i\u015flemlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, her bir alacak t\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 olmak \u00fczere \u00f6deme planlar\u0131n\u0131n bahse konu ekranda yer alan \u201c\u00d6deme Plan\u0131 Sorgula\u201d se\u00e7ene\u011fi vas\u0131tas\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r.
