G\u00fcmr\u00fck ve Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ve E-Devlet uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan bir Projedir. Proje ile Ticaret Sicilinde i\u015flem g\u00f6ren ticari i\u015fletmeler, \u015fah\u0131s i\u015fletmesi, yabanc\u0131 \u015firket T\u00fcrkiye temsilcilikleri, sermaye \u015firketleri, kooperatifler ile dernek ve vak\u0131flar ve bunlara ait i\u015fletmelere ili\u015fkin bilgilerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bunlara ili\u015fkin ticaret sicilindeki b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015flemlerinin on-line yap\u0131labilmesine imkan sa\u011flayan bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturulmaktad\u0131r.
